SETTING THE CONTROLS Temperature • Your refrigerator has a control pad on the dispenser that lets you regulate the temperature in the freezer and refrigerator compartments. • Initially set the refrigerator control at 37°F (3°C) and the freezer control at 0°F (-18°C). Leave it at this setting for 24 hours (one day) to stabilize. Then adjust the compartment temperature as desired. • Refrigerator Temp Control: 33°F to 46°F (0°C to 8°C) The lower the number setting, the colder the refrigerator compartment will become. • Freezer Temp Control: -6°F to 8°F (-21 °C to -13°C) When the setting is at a lower number, the freezer compartment becomes colder. The refrigerator compartment becomes warmer because less cold air flows into the refrigerator. Ultra Ice • When you press the "Ultra Ice" button, the graphic [ 0 ] will light up in the display and it continues for 24 hours. It will automatically shut off after 24 hours have passed. Or you can stop this function manually by pressing the button one more time. • This function increases both icemaking and freezing capabilities. Dispenser • You can select water, crushed ice, or cubed ice by pressing @ button as you desire. • There could be some dripping after dispensing. It is recommended to hold your cup for a couple of seconds after dispensing. Filter • Filter Reset : When the FILTER RESET icon turns on, you have to change the water filter. Press the FILTER RESET button for 3 seconds to turn the icon off. You need to change the water filter approximately every 6 months. Light • The dispenser lighter is Ugoh(Ot FF) after applying the power, and when you press this button, the dispenser light is u_ht(ON). Alarm • When the power is connected to the refrigerator, door alarm is initially set ON and door alarm display will show A,._(O,N_ ). • When either refrigerator or the freezer door is left open for more than 60 seconds, the alarm will ding to let you know the door is open. • When you close the door, the door alarm will stop dinging. • If you want to disable the door alarm function, press _ button then the door alarm display will switched to A,O,mo (OFF). Lock • The Lock funtion disables all the display buttons (except the Lock button) and the dispenser operation. • When the power is initially connected to the refrigerator, Lock function is off. • To activate the Lock function: press and hold ,_- button for 3 seconds or more. Lo_(kON) sign will be displayed and the Lock function is now enabled. • No buttons other than _ button will work including dispenser button while Lock function is enabled. • To disable the Lock function, press and hold _ button for 3 seconds or more. Temperature Mode Switch Function(°F °C) • If you want to convert °F to °C or vice versa, press and hold the _ Freezer and @ the Refrigerator temperture buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds or more. A WARNING: If a door is open, the dispenser will not work. ENSURING PROPER AIR CIRCULATION Do not block air channels with any objects or food for air circulation to prevent food loss due to the lack of cooling air. 16
