10. Listen to the Digital Radio (KDC-BT73DAB) 10-1. Listening to the Digital Radio Selecting a tuner source Press [SRC] to select a Digital Radio ("DIGITAL RADIO") source. Refer to (page 14). Searching an ensemble Press and hold [E] or [F]. Searching an ensemble, service, and component Press [E] or [F]. T: Press [E] U: Press [F] Ens.: ensemble Serv.: service Compo.: component The seek mode can be changed. Refer to (refer to below), (page 50). Selecting a Seek mode Press [S]. Display Operation "Auto1" Press: Select an ensemble, service, and component. Press and hold: Automatic search for an ensemble. "Auto2" Search in order of the service in the preset memory. "Manual" Press: Select an ensemble, service, and component. Press and hold: Manually search for an ensemble. Updating Service List information Press and hold [R]. 10-2. Service preset memory You can store a ensemble, service, and component in the memory. 1 Press [E] or [F] to select the ensemble, service, and component. 2 Press [1/6] twice. Enter the Preset memory mode. 3 Turn [Control] knob to select a memory number ("1" - "18"). 4 Press and hold [Control] knob. Exiting from the Preset memory mode Press and hold [1/6]. About the Mix Station preset mode • If you press [1/6] three times in step 2, the Mix Station preset mode is selected with "Mixed Preset List" displayed. In this mode, different bands and tuner sources (FM, AM, Digital Radio etc.) can be saved in the same preset layer, which allows you to recall a desired station without switching between bands and/or tuner sources. Maximum of 6 stations can be preset in the Mix Station preset mode. Once the Mix Station preset mode is set, you can enter the same mode by just pressing [1/6] once in step 2.
