Changing thickness settings with other discs or blades installed will have no effect on operation. 1 Set the desired slicing thickness by moving the lever to the left for thinner slices or to the right for thicker slices. Installing other slicing or shredding discs IMPORTANT: When using the reversible shredding disc, have the desired side (medium/fine) facing UP. 1 Holding the desired disc by the 2 finger grips, insert the disc adapter into the hole in the bottom of the disc. 2 Slide the drive adapter into the disc adapter as far as it will go, until it clicks into place. 11

Install the work bowl cover, being sure it
locks into place.

adapter onto the drive adapter.
TIP:
You may need to turn the disc/drive adapter until it drops down into place.

Set the desired slicing thickness by

slices or to the right for thicker slices.
