To Replace the Door: 1. Slide the door hinges into the slots in the frame and push in to seat hinges. ■ Has the circuit breaker on the back of the grill tripped? Reset the circuit breaker. If the problem continues, call an electrician. For models with electronic grill display ■ Was a Flame Time™ cycle used and all of the burner valves not turned "OFF" after the end of the cycle? Turn all of the burner valves to "OFF" position and then light the burner using its lighting instructions. ■ Does an E-1 show in the display? Turn all burner valves to their "OFF" position. Press Start/ Reset button. The E-1 code should go out. ■ Does "NP" show in the display? Replace both 1.5 V "D" size alkaline batteries. 2. Locate the 4 hinge screw mounting holes through the top and bottom of the frame and replace the 4 screws. Do not tighten. 3. Check and adjust door then tighten the screws. See "Cabinet Door Alignment." 4. Repeat Steps 1 through 3 for the other door if necessary. TROUBLESHOOTING Try the solutions suggested here first in order to avoid the cost of an unnecessary service call. Nothing will operate ■ Is the main or regulator gas shutoff valve in the off position? See Installation Instructions. ■ Is the grill properly connected to the gas supply? Contact a trained repair specialist or see Installation Instructions. WARNING Drawer does not slide properly ■ Has the drawer been mounted properly on the slides? See "Warming Drawer Care" section. ■ Has the drawer been overloaded? The weight inside the drawer should not exceed 100 lbs (45 kg). ■ Is the drawer load uneven? Redistribute the food to balance the weight evenly. Excessive moisture on the drawer ■ Did you preheat the drawer? Preheat the drawer before each use. See "Warming Drawer Use" section. ■ Is the MOIST-DRY setting correct? Set the MOIST-DRY slide to DRY to vent the moisture. Cooking results not what expected ■ The exterior of beef and pork may become very dark, but not burnt. This is normal. The interior will remain tender and juicy. Poultry will also darken, especially in areas not covered by skin. Electrical Shock Hazard Use only a UL listed, 14 gauge, 3 wire extension cord approved for outdoor use, marked W-A, with a maximum length of 50 ft. Plug into a grounded 3 prong outlet. Do not remove ground prong. Do not use an adapter. Failure to follow these instructions can result in death, fire, or electrical shock. ■ Is the power supply cord unplugged? Plug into a grounded 3 prong outlet. ■ Has a household fuse blown, or has a circuit breaker tripped? Replace the fuse or reset the circuit breaker. If the problem continues, call an electrician. 38
