English Hand Mixer Safety Electrical requirements Volts: 120 A.C. only. Hertz: 60 Hz NOTE: This Hand Mixer has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not modify the plug in any way. This product is designed for household use only. Troubleshooting If Hand Mixer malfunctions or fails to operate First try the solutions suggested here and possibly avoid the cost of service. 1. Is the Hand Mixer plugged in? 2. Is the fuse in the circuit to the Hand Mixer in working order? If you have a circuit breaker box, make sure the circuit is closed. 3. Try unplugging the Hand Mixer, then plug it back in. If the problem cannot be fixed with the steps provided in this section, then contact KitchenAid or an Authorized Service Center.
