3 Getting help Troubleshooting Problem Low battery. Solution ■ Charge the battery (page 1). Card or internal memory is nearly full. Corrupt or unusable card. ■ Transfer videos/pictures to your computer (page 8), then format (erase) the card in the camera or card reader. ■ For the best experience, we strongly suggest purchasing a Class 4 or higher SDHC Card. Card is full. ■ Transfer videos/pictures to your computer (page 8) or use another card (page 3). Unrecognized file. ■ Transfer videos/pictures to your computer (page 8). Camera will not turn off. ■ Use a pin or paperclip to press the Camera Reset button (page ii). Camera will not turn on. ■ Ensure that the battery is charged (page 1). ■ Ensure the camera is clean and dry. (If it's wet inside, open all doors. Remove the card. Do not turn on the camera. Let it dry for at least 24 hours.) LCD is hard to see. ■ Turn on LCD Glare Shield in the Settings menu (page 11), then enable it in Liveview (page 6). Videos are choppy or jumpy when played on a computer. ■ Use ARCSOFT MEDIAIMPRESSION for KODAK Software for video playback (page 8). ■ Ensure that the computer system requirements are met.
