Troubleshooting If... Try one or more of the following Picture orientation is not I Set the Orientation Sensor to ON (page 47). accurate Flash does not fire I Check if external flash is designated in Setup (page 48). I Check the flash setting and change as needed (page 36). Storage location is almost or entirely full I Transfer pictures to the computer (page 19). I Delete pictures from the card or insert a new one (page 17). I Change image storage location to internal memory (page 46). You cannot take a picture I Turn the camera off, then on again. I Depress shutter button all the way (page 5). I Insert a charged battery (page 2). I Memory full. Transfer pictures to the computer (page 19), delete pictures from the camera (page 17) or card, change image storage location, or insert a new card. Error message appears on EVF/LCD screen I Follow action recommended on screen. I Note error number, if given; then turn the camera off then back on. I Remove the battery and wipe the contacts with a clean, dry cloth (page 88), then reinstall it. I Remove memory card from the camera. I Wait for any blinking lights to stop; then turn the camera off then back on. I If all else fails, get customer support help (see page 76). Memory card not recognized or camera freezes with card. I Card may be corrupted. Format card in camera (see page 49). Data will be erased if formatted. I Use another memory card. www.kodak.com/go/support 70
