Using fax/scanning functions 3 3.4 Using a program "Program" refers to the set of destinations and scan settings that are registered together. These are convenient for frequently sending transmissions with the same settings. The following procedure describes how to send data by selecting a program that has been registered in advance. 2 Note If no destinations are registered with programs, destinations cannot be selected. For details on registering programs, refer to the User's Guide [Network Scan/Fax/ Network Fax Operations]. 1 With the Fax/Scan mode screen displayed, press the [Mode Memory] key. The Recall Scan/Fax Program screen appears. 2 Touch the button for the desired program. - Touch [Page List] to select the page of programs to be displayed. - Touch [←Previous Page] or [Next Page→] to display the previous or next page of programs. - To scroll through the page, touch [↑ ] or [↓]. 501/421/361 3-29
