Registering/Specifying Settings 9 Working of confidential communication In confidential communication, each fax machine operates with the following role. Confidential transmission side Fax is sent after specifying the confidential box Communication password and confidential box number are specified and the fax is sent. Confidential reception side Open confidential box and confirm the details Received original is stored in a specified confidential box in the memory.
