CompactFlash (CF) Card The printer is equipped with a slot for a CF card with the maximum size of 256MB. A CF card is useful for storing fonts, macros, and overlays. 1 Turn off the printer and disconnect the power cord and printer cable. CAUTION Before inserting a CF card in the printer, make sure that the printer is switched off. 2 Remove the screws and the option interface slot cover. 3 Install the CompactFlash card into the slot. 4 Secure the option interface slot cover with screws removed in step 2. 3-6 Option

CompactFlash (CF) Card
The printer is equipped with a slot for a CF card with the maximum size
of 256MB. A CF card is useful for storing fonts, macros, and overlays.

Turn off the printer and disconnect the power cord and printer cable.

Remove the screws and the option interface slot cover.

Install the CompactFlash card into the slot.

Secure the option interface slot cover with screws removed in step 2.
CAUTION
Before inserting a CF card in the printer, make
sure that the printer is switched off.
