Management Auto Logout Logout is automatically executed in the following cases: • When the Power key is pressed to enter the sleep mode • When auto sleep is activated • When auto reset is activated Adding a User This adds a new user. You can add Up to 1,000 users (including the default login user name). The table below explains the user information to be registered. Item Description User Name* Login User Name* Login Password* Enter the name displayed on the user list (up to 32 characters). Enter the login user name to log in (up to 64 characters). The same login user name cannot be 7 registered. Enter the password to log in (up to 64 characters). Access Level* Account Name E-mail Address Select User or Administrator for user access privileges. Add an account where the user belongs. The user, who registered his/her account name, can log in without entering the account ID. Refer to Job Accounting on page 7-11. The user can register his/her E-mail address. The registered address will be automatically selected for subsequent operations that need any E-mail function. * Mandatory at user registration. NOTE: By default, one default user with administrator rights is already stored. This user's properties are: User Name: Admin Login user name: 3060 Login Password: 3060 Access Level: Administrator It is recommended to periodically change the user name, login user name and login password regularly for your security.
