Thosedots are deactivated pixelsanddo not affectthe performanceand reliabilityof the TV. GeneratedSound "Cracking"noise:A crackingnoisethatoccurs whenwatchingor turningoff the TVis generated by plasticthermal contractiondue to temperatureandhumidity.Thisnoiseis commonfor productswherethermaldeformation is required. Electricacl ircuit humming/panelbuzzing:A lowlevelnoiseisgeneratedfroma high-speed switchingcircuitw, hichsuppliesa largeamount of current to operate a product. It varies dependingon the product.
