24 MAKING CONNECTIONS Connecting to a HD receiver, DVD Player, or VCR Connect a HD receiver, DVD Player, or VCR to the TV and select an appropriate input mode. NOTE yyHDMI specifications may be different for each input port, so make sure to check the device specifications before connecting. yyContact customer service for more information on the HDMI specifications of each input port. yyIf the device connected to Input Port also supports ULTRA HD Deep Color, your picture may be clearer. However, if the device doesn't support it, it may not work properly. An external audio device that supports ARC should be connected to HDMI (4 K @ 60 Hz) / DVI IN 2 (ARC) if you wish to use ARC.
