36 How to use Call Center If you receive a diagnosis from either the Tag On Diagnosis or Smart Diagnosis application that is unclear or directs you to call the LG Service Center, follow these instructions: 1. Select Press to Call LG Service on the Smart Diagnosis™ Result screen. 2. Select your country. 3. Agree to Terms and Conditions of the Use and Privacy Policy selecting I Accept. 4. Enter your phone number in the field. Use this phone number when talking to the LG customer service representative to allow them to find your Smart Diagnosis™ data. 5.
