TROUBLESHOOTING BEFORE CALLING FOR SERVICE Before calling for service, review this list. It may save you time and expense. This list includes common occurrences that are not the result of a defect in workmanship or materials. Problem Burners have yellow or yellow-tipped flames Possible Causes Solutions •The combustion quality of burner flames needs to be determined visually. • Use the illustrations below to determine if your burner flames are normal.
