Unlock Lock On Power Up The phone is never locked (Lock mode can be used). The phone is always locked. When locked, you can receive incoming calls and only make emergency calls. The phone is locked when it is turned on. Emergency #s ( 2 times ) Allows you to enter 3 emergency numbers.
