Such glasses or containers may be broken. Put ice first into a glass before filling water or other beverages. Never remove the ice maker cover. Shake the ice bin occasionally to level the ice in it. Sometimes the ice piles up near the icemaker, causing the icemaker to misread the bin level and stop producing ice. If discovered ice or water is dispensed, contact an Authorized service center immediately and discontinue use until the problem is corrected. Never use too narrow or deep glass. Ice may bejammed in ice passage and, thus, the refrigerator may be failed. Keep the glass at a proper distance from ice outlet. A glass too close to the outlet may hinder ice from coming out.
