Restarting the device When the device is not working properly or does not respond, restart it by following the instructions below. 1 Press and hold the Power/Lock key and the Volume Down key at the same time until the power is turned off. 2 When the device restarts, release the key. Power control options Press and hold the Power/Lock key, then select an option. • Power off: Turn the device off. • Power off and restart: Restart the device. Restarting the device
