Using the Touch Keypad TOUCH KEYPAD • Touch the exact key with your fingertip. • It is not necessary to press hard. A light tap will do. • To navigate, tap the up, down, left or right key. TOUCH SENSOR LEVEL The touch keypad's sensitivity level is set at medium by default and can be adjusted by going to: Settings & Tools menu > Touch Keypad (7) > Sensor Level (1). TOUCH PROTECTION The touch keypad is automatically locked when: • The slide is closed. • The touch keypad is inactive for a set time (3 sec. when slide is closed; 20 sec. after the LCD backlight has turned off when slide is open). To unlock the touch keypad: • Slide Closed: open the slide or press any side key (other than End Key). • Slide Open: press any key.
