Questions to Ask Is the drive connected to the computer through another drive? Possible Solutions Try connecting the drive directly to the computer. For best performance and reliability, connect the LaCie Bigger Disk Extreme with Triple Interface directly to the computer. Has the drive been formatted? Make sure that the drive has been formatted properly. Please see sections 4.1. Formatting And Partitioning Your LaCie Drive and 5.1. File System Formats for more information. Is there a conflict with other device drivers or extensions? Contact LaCie Technical Support for help. A device connected to the LaCie Bigger Disk Extreme with Triple Interface is not recognized by the computer. Is the LaCie Bigger Disk Extreme with Triple Interface connected directly to the host computer? Make sure that your LaCie Bigger Disk Extreme with Triple Interface is connected directly to the computer (see section 3.2. Connecting The Interface Cable for more information).
