To replace the CPU heatsink and system fan: 1. Remove the computer cover. Refer to "Removing the computer cover". 2. Replacing the CPU heatsink and system fan
Attention:
The heatsink becomes very hot when the system is on. Never touch
the heatsink with any metal or with your hands.
To replace the CPU heatsink and system fan:
1.
Remove the computer cover. Refer to “Removing the computer cover”.
2.
Remove the 4 screws that secure the CPU heat sink and system fan to
the motherboard.
3.
Disconnect the power cables from the motherboard.
