Informatie over draadloze communicatie Compatibiliteit voor draadloze communicatie De Wireless LAN Mini-PCI Adapter is zodanig ontworpen dat deze compatibel is met elk draadloos-LAN-product dat gebaseerd is op DSSS- (Direct Sequence Spread Spectrum) en/of OFDM- (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) radiotechnologie. De adapter voldoet aan de volgende standaarden: v De IEEE 802.11a/b/g Standard on Wireless LAN's, opgesteld en goedge- keurd door het Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers. v De WiFi-certificatie (Wireless Fidelity), opgesteld door de WECA (Wireless Ethernet Compatibility Alliance). De IBM Bluetooth Daughter Card is bedoeld om samen te werken met elk Bluetooth-product dat voldoet aan de Bluetooth Specification 1.1 en 1.2 zoals gedefinieerd door de Bluetooth SIG.
