ThinkServer EasyStartup The ThinkServer EasyStartup program simplifies the process of configuring RAID and installing supported operating systems and device drivers on your server. This program is provided with your server on a self-starting (bootable) ThinkServer EasyStartup DVD. The user guide for the program also is on the DVD and can be accessed directly from the program interface. For detailed information, see "Using the ThinkServer EasyStartup program" on page 78. ThinkServer EasyUpdate Firmware Updater The ThinkServer EasyUpdate Firmware Updater program (hereinafter referred to as the Firmware Updater program) enables you to maintain your server firmware up-to-date and helps you avoid unnecessary server outages. The Firmware Updater program is available for downloading from the Lenovo Support Web site. For more information about downloading and using the Firmware Updater program, see "Updating the firmware" on page 77. BIOS update utilities The BIOS firmware keeps updating after the shipment of the server. Lenovo maintains pages on the Support Web site and provides the BIOS update utilities with instructions for download to help you update the BIOS firmware if needed.
