5021-0XX 985-Duplex connection error 1 service check Step Questions / actions Yes 1 Check duplex unit cable. is Replace duplex cable properly connected? unit. See "Duplex unit assembly removal" on page 4-13. If problem persists, go to step 2. 2 Check cable connection to Go to step 3. connector ACN4 located on low voltage power supply. See "Engine controller board removal" on page 4-55 for steps required to remove engine controller board cover. This will allow access to ACN4. Is cable properly connected? 3 Disconnect cable from Replace low ANC4 and check for voltage power continuity between ACN4 supply.
