2 Gently remove the jam based on how much is visible. • If the middle of the sheet of print media is visible, but not the ends, grasp the print media on both sides and gently pull it straight out toward you. • If an end of the jam is visible, pull it straight out toward you. Tab 3 Close the rear output bin door by pushing it in the middle under the tab. Note: Make sure the door closes on both sides. Jams in the fuser 1 Open the upper front door.
