If you are using your printer on a network, make sure your computer is connected to the network, your Lexmark adapter is on, and all indicator lights are on. For more information, refer to the adapter documentation. • No printer lights are blinking. Solving general printing problems
When you have a printing problem, first make sure:
The power supply is plugged into the printer and a properly grounded electrical outlet.
Both the computer and the printer are on. If you are using your printer on a network,
make sure your computer is connected to the network, your Lexmark adapter is on,
and all indicator lights are on. For more information, refer to the adapter
