MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE I For use with Maintenance Alert System. I Check at the intervals listed in the following chart. ITEM PROCEDURE Drive Chain Sprockets Check for excessive slack. Check & adjust as required. Lubricate Check set screw tightness Clutch Check & adjust as required Belt Check condition & tension Fasteners Check & tighten as required Manual Disconnect Check & Operate Bearings & Shafts Check for wear & Lubricate EVERY 3 MONTHS OR 5,000 CYCLES G G G EVERY 6 MONTHS OR 10,000 CYCLES G G G G EVERY 12 MONTHS OR 20,000 CYCLES ✳ Use SAE 30 Oil (Never use grease or silicone spray). ✔ Repeat ALL procedures. I Do not lubricate motor. Motor bearings are rated for continuous operation. I Do not lubricate clutch or V-belt. I Inspect and service whenever a malfunction is observed or suspected. I CAUTION: BEFORE SERVICING, ALWAYS DISCONNECT OPERATOR FROM POWER SUPPLY.
