ADVANCED OPERATION PAGE 27 Storing markers in memory to be viewed (listened to) again Storing a MARKER in the DVD memory is similar to marking your page in a book. It allows you to quickly return to any point on the disc. Storing a marker in the memory 1 Press MARKER during play at the starting point to be viewed (listened to) again. 1/5 MARKER CLEAR POWER OPEN/CLOSE SETUP REPEAT A-B RANDOM AUDIO SUBTITLE ANGLE SURR. TOP MENU MENU Indicates "1/5" is stored in the memory. Up to 5 markers can be stored in the memory. Recalling/Clearing a marker 2 Press SEARCH during playback. Maker Picture 1 Maker Picture 2 Maker Picture 3 Maker Picture 4 Maker Picture 5 Present Picture SELECT /ENTER OSD RETURN ZOOM MARKER - SEARCH SCAN PLAY SKIP STOP PAUSE SLOW 1 4 7 CLEAR 2 3 5 6 8 9 PROGRAM 0 SELECT/ ENTER 3 Press D/E/F/G to select the marker to be recalled/cleared. SEARCH PLAY 4 Press PLAY or SELECT/ENTER to recall a marker. or Press CLEAR to clear a marker. Play resumes from the point corresponding to the selected marker, or the selected marker is cleared. q The "Present Picture" is not cleared. Notes ❍ These operations work only with discs for which the elapsed playing time appears in the DVD display window during playback or stop. ❍ Some subtitles recorded around the marker may fail to appear (DVD). ❍ All the markers are cleared when the power is turned off or the disc is removed and when TV Aspect mode is changed at the SETUP menu. ❍ The marker is not stored when the DVD or title menu is displayed on the TV screen.
