Cook 1. Touch Cook button continously, to select option. 2. Use number buttons to select food size/quantity. 3. Close the door. 4. Touch Start. Item Food Category Quantity Instruction 1 Manual Cook / n Place food in microwave-safe dish. n Touch Cook button to select Manual cook and set the suitable time,touch START to start. 2 Bacon 1-6 slices / n Average thickness: Follow 1 slice directions on package. n For best results, place bacon on microwave-safe bacon rack. 3 Rice Senses n Follow measurements on 0.5,1.0, 1.5, package for ingredient 2.0 cups amounts. (125, 250, 375, 500 mL) n Place rice and liquid in microwave-safe dish. (dry, white n Cover with loose fitting lid. long grain) n Stir and let stand 5 minutes after cooking, or until liquid is absorbed. 4 Oatmeal 1-4 cups / n Follow measurements on 1 cup package for ingredient amounts. n Place oatmeal and liquid in microwave-safe dish. n Cover with plastic wrap and vent. Stir after cooking. 5 Scrambled 1-4 eggs / n From room temperature. Eggs 1 egg n Put food into microwave safe dish n Add 1 tablespoons water for one egg, and mix well. n Cover the dish. n Stir and let stand 3 minutes after cooking. For more recipe, see Manual Cooking section. For example: to cook 2 bowls of oatmeal at the same time: 1. Touch Time/Power button once. 2. Touch the number buttons, to set the length of time upper 2min 20 sec. 3. Touch Time/Power button again, to set the cooking power level to 100%. 4. Close the door. 5. Touch Start. Defrost n For the better cooking performance, try to use the preset button firstly. n For optimal results, food should be 0°F (-18°C) or colder when defrosting. n Unwrap foods and remove lids (from fruit juice) before defrosting. n Shallow packages will defrost more quickly than deep blocks. n Separate food pieces as soon as possible during or at the end of the cycle for more even defrosting. n Foods left outside the freezer for more than 20 minutes or frozen ready-made food should not be defrosted using the Defrost feature but should be defrosted manually. n Use small pieces of aluminum foil to shield parts of food such as chicken wings, leg tips, and fish tails. See the "Aluminum Foil and Metal" section first. n Times and cooking powers have been preset for defrosting a number of food types. n Let stand 5-20 minutes after defrosting. 1.
