Before using the vacuum cleaner Attaching the suction hose (see fig. 1) ^ Insert the elbow into the suction socket until it clicks. Use the inlet guides to direct insertion. Attaching the standard floor brush (see fig 6) (depending on model) ^ Insert the wand into the floor brush and twist until it locks with a click. To release the floor brush from the telescopic wand, press the locking button (see arrow) and pull the wand out of the floor brush. Floor brush settings (see fig. 7, 8 + 9) Removing the suction hose (see fig. 2) ^ Press the release buttons at the sides of the elbow and lift the hose from the socket. Connecting the handle to the suction hose (see fig. 3) ^ Insert the suction hose into the handle until it clicks into position. Connecting the handpiece and telescopic wand (see fig 4) ^ Insert the handpiece into the telescopic wand. Use inlet guides to direct insertion. ^ To release the handpiece from the telescopic wand press the locking button (see arrow) and pull the handpiece away from the telescopic wand with a slight twist. Adjusting the telescopic wand (see fig. 5) The telescopic wand consists of two sections which are height-adjustable. ^ Press the adjustment button to release the tubes and adjust to the desired height. 10 Observe the cleaning instructions of the floor manufacturer. To clean carpets and area rugs: ^ Press the foot switch %. To clean hard flooring: ^ Press the foot switch ). Floors with very deep joints and cracks should be vacuumed using the floor brush with the bristles out. AirTeQ Combination Floor Tool (see fig. 9) This floor tool has been specially developed to achieve excellent cleaning results using low energy. It has particularly low power consumption and high suction capability. Warning: If the suction power of the AirTeQ Combination Floor Tool seems too high, reduce the suction until the tool is easier to move across the floor (see "Correct use adjusting the suction power").
