en-US - IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS  Before and during use, make sure that no coarse dirt or debris is/gets trapped in the bottom of the Multi Floor XXL Electrobrush or in the bottom of the Electro Compact handheld brush (supplied depending on model).  Store the vacuum cleaner and all accessories at an ambient temperature between 32°F and 113°F (0°C and 45°C).  Repairs should only be performed by an authorized service agent in accordance with national and local safety regulations. Unauthorized repairs could cause injury or machine damage. Otherwise the warranty may be void.  Repairs should only be carried out by a Miele-authorized service technician. Repairs and other work by unqualified persons can cause considerable danger to users. Proper use  Do not use the vacuum cleaner without the dust container, pre-filter, and fine dust filter fitted.  Do not use with damaged cord or plug. If appliance is not working as it should, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or dropped into water, return it to a service center.  Do not put any object into openings. Do not use with any opening blocked; keep free of dust, lint, hair, and anything that may reduce air flow. 162
