Turn the remote access on/off 1. Press MENU and then VOL+ or REDIAL/VOL- to select ANSWER MACHINE. 2. Press MENU and then VOL+ or REDIAL/VOL- to select REMOTE ACCESS. 3. Press MENU and then VOL+ or REDIAL/VOL- to select ON or OFF. 4. Press MENU to confirm. To enter the remote access mode, dial your phone number from another phone, when you hear the announcement, press TONE/* and then enter the 4-digit remote security code (default code is 0000). 29
