ERASE SOME ANSWERER MSG will toggle within 2 seconds with MEMORY FULL in idle to alert user to delete some answering machine messages to free up the memory. 3.27.9 Remote access Remote access allows you to operate your answering machine and listen to your messages by calling your phone from another phone. Turn the remote access on/off 1. Press MENU and then VOL+ or REDIAL/VOL- to select ANSWER MACHINE. 2. Press MENU and then VOL+ or REDIAL/VOL- to select REMOTE ACCESS. 3. Press MENU and then VOL+ or REDIAL/VOL- to select ON or OFF. 4. Press MENU to confirm. To enter the remote access mode, dial your phone number from another phone, when you hear the announcement, press TONE/* and then enter the 4-digit remote security code (default code is 0000). 29
