MD4260 User Guide Reviewing Caller ID Records To review caller ID records, press the up or down scroll keys. When your system stores new caller ID records, NEW appears on the display. After you review all of the new records, NEW disappears from the display. Storing a Caller ID Entry in the Phonebook 1. Use the scroll keys to access the desired caller ID record. 2. Press the FRMT key if you wish to change the dialing format. As you press the key, the display cycles through the available dialing options (1 + area code + number, area code + number, number only, etc.). 3. Press PBK to store the displayed number. Select Memory 01 - 50 appears on the display. 4. Use the keypad to enter a two-digit location from 01 to 50. If the location is occupied, Replace Entry? appears on the display. You can press CANCEL to return to the CID and enter another location, or press PBK to overwrite the entry. When the CID is stored, the system returns you to the standby screen. 22 22

Reviewing Caller ID Records
To review caller ID records, press the up or down scroll keys. When your system stores new
caller ID records,
NEW
appears on the display. After you review all of the new records,
NEW
disappears from the display.
Storing a Caller ID Entry in the Phonebook
1.
Use the scroll keys to access the desired caller ID record.
2.
Press the

to store the displayed number.
Select Memory 01 – 50
