Using DTMF Tones You can send numbers to the network as Dual Tone MultiFrequency (DTMF) tones during a call. Use DTMF tones to communicate with automated systems that require you to submit a PIN code or credit card number. To set the tones to be Long DTMF or Short DTMF: Find the Feature > Settings > Other Settings > Initial Setup > DTMF Monitoring Phone Use Viewing and Resetting Call Timers Your phone tracks and records call times. Use the Recent Calls menu to view and reset a call timer. Network connection time is the elapsed time from the moment you connect to your service provider's network to the moment you end the call by pressing . This time includes busy signals and ringing.
