PROBLEM Coffee does not come out Coffee comes out around the edge of the Filter Holder Unable to steam PROBLEMS AND CAUSES CAUSES SOLUTIONS • No water in Reservoir • Add water to Water Reservoir • Coffee grind is too fine • Too much coffee in the Filter • Appliance not turned on or plugged in • Coffee has been tamped / compressed too much • Grind coffee to medium ground • Fill Filter following Ingredient & Measuring guide • Plug in Power Cord • Refill Filter with Espresso Ground coffee and GENTLY tamp • Filter Holder not rotated to Lock Position • Coffee grounds around edge of Filte • Too much coffee in the Filter • Rotate Filter Holder to Lock Position • Wipe off excess grounds from rim of Filter • Follow Ingredient & Measuring Guide • Water Reservoir is empty • Add water • Unit is not turned on • Fill only to 4 cup mark • Frothing Arm is blocked • Fill Water Reservoir following Ingredient & Measuring Guide • Plug in power cord.
