Troubleshooting - continued No Video • If no video is present on the screen, turn the Power button off and on again. • Make sure the computer is not in power-saving mode (touch the keyboard or mouse). • If the picture is snowy when in TV mode, check the antenna/cable connection No Sound • Check to see if speaker cable is properly connected. • Check to see if MUTE is activated. • Check to see if volume is set at minimum. No Sound from Headphones • Make sure headphones are properly connected. Remote Control does not function properly • Test the batteries for strength/life. • Make sure the batteries are inserted correctly. • Make sure if the Remote Control is pointed at the monitor's remote sensor.
