emocion Your phone allows you to use the emocion feature. With it, you can connect to Internet websites and use the MMS function. This chapter guides you through setting up and using emocion. To access the emocion service, you need to: • Contact your service provider and subscribe to it. • Set up the emocion options in your phone. What is emocion emocion is a platform for mobile phone communications. With emocion, cellular phone users get easy access to Internet sites, as well as specialized services such as Multimedia Message Service (MMS), online shopping and banking, ticket reservations, and so on. emocion website connection With simple key operations, users can link to a variety of websites offered by content service providers. Multimedia Message Service (MMS) In addition to the basic calling/receiving functions, your phone allows you to receive and send MMS via the Internet. Website Browsing In addition to visiting the websites already provided by the emocion service, you may also access to your preferred websites by directly entering their URLs into your phone. What Can be Downloaded? You may download the following three types of content from the NEC webpage: • Ring tones • Pictures (Idle screens) • Animations (Startup screens) • JavaTM applications 53
