Command Line Interface Reference for the ProSafe 7200 Series Layer-2 Switches, Software Ver- 3.1.2 network parms (parameter) This command sets the IP Address, subnet mask and gateway of the device. The IP Address and the gateway must be on the same subnet. Format network (parms | parameter) [] Mode Privileged EXEC 3.1.3 network mgmt_vlan This command configures the Management VLAN ID. Default 1 Format network mgmt_vlan Mode Privileged EXEC 3.1.3.1 no network mgmt_vlan This command sets the Management VLAN ID to the default. Format no network mgmt_vlan Mode Privileged EXEC 3.1.4 network protocol This command specifies the network configuration protocol to be used. If you modify this value, change is effective immediately. If you modify this value, the change is effective immediately. If you use the bootp parameter, the switch periodically sends requests to a BootP server until a response is received. If you use the dhcp parameter, the switch periodically sends requests to a DHCP server until a response is received. If you use the none parameter, you must configure the network information for the switch manually.
