Problem Monitor content is hard to see. Cause/Solution • Adjust monitor brightness. • Monitor is dirty. Clean monitor. A 96, E63 F6 Date and time of recording are not correct. • If camera clock has not been set, O flashes when shooting images and recording movies. Images and movies saved before clock is set are dated "00/ 00/0000 00:00" or "01/01/2013 00:00" respectively. Set the correct time and date using Time zone and date in the setup menu. • Check camera clock regularly against more accurate timepieces and reset as required. 18, 96, E60 No indicators displayed in Hide info is selected for Photo info. monitor. Select Show info. 96, E63 Print date not available. Time zone and date in the setup menu has not been set. 18, 96, E60 Date not imprinted on images even when Print date is enabled. • The current shooting mode is one that does not support Print date. • The date cannot be imprinted on movies. 96, E65 Screen for setting time zone and date is displayed when camera is turned on. Camera settings reset. Clock battery is exhausted; all settings were restored to their default values. 18, 21 Camera becomes hot. The camera may become hot when recording movies or uploading images from an Eye-Fi card for an extended period of time, or when the camera is used - in a hot area; this is not a malfunction.
