Problem Cannot use quick retouch, D-Lighting, skin softening, filter effects, small picture, or crop. Cannot rotate image. Cannot edit movie. Images are not displayed on TV. Nikon Transfer 2 does not start when camera is connected. Cause/Solution • These options cannot be used with movies. • Images captured using Easy panorama or 3D photography cannot be edited, and the same editing feature cannot be applied multiple times. • This camera cannot edit images captured with another make or model of digital camera. This camera cannot rotate images captured with another make or model of digital camera, or images captured using 3D photography. • Edited movies cannot be edited again. • Movies cannot be trimmed so that they are less than two seconds long. • Editing functions are not available when there is not enough free space in the internal memory or on the memory card. • Video mode or HDMI in the TV settings in the setup menu is not correctly set. • Cables are connected to the HDMI micro connector and to the USB/audio/video output connector simultaneously. • Memory card contains no images. Replace the memory card. Remove the memory card to play back images from the internal memory. • Camera is off. • Batteries are exhausted. • USB cable is not correctly connected. • Camera is not recognized by the computer. • Confirm system requirements. • Computer is not set to start Nikon Transfer 2 automatically.
