Getting started ■ Inserting a SIM card • Keep all miniature SIM cards out of small children's reach. • The SIM card and its contacts can be damaged easily by scratches or bending, so be careful when handling, inserting or removing the card. • Before installing the SIM card, make sure that the phone is switched off, disconnected from the charger or any other device and then remove the battery. 1. Inserting a SIM card
Keep all miniature SIM cards out of small children’s reach.
The SIM card and its contacts can be damaged easily by scratches or bending,
so be careful when handling, inserting or removing the card.
Before installing the SIM card, make sure that the phone is switched off,
disconnected from the charger or any other device and then remove the
battery.

Press the back cover release button (1),
slide the back cover (2) and lift it off the
phone.
2.
Remove the battery by lifting it using the
finger grip (3).
