Web browser To use a connection automatically, select Control panel > Connectivity settings > General. Set the desired connection as Preferred connection, and select Use without asking. Disable connections To disable WLAN and Bluetooth connections, briefly press the power key, select Offline mode, and tap OK. To enable connections, briefly press the power key, select Normal mode, and tap OK. The WLAN and Bluetooth connections are also disabled when you place the protective cover over the device. Note: In the offline mode, you cannot use features that require network or Bluetooth connection. To use the features, you must first set the device back to normal mode. If the device has been locked, enter the lock code. 5. Web browser To open the browser, tap , and select Open new browser window or a bookmark. Before you can connect to the Internet, you must define the proper Internet connection settings. For detailed instructions, see "Access the Internet," p. 23. Important: Use only services that you trust and that offer adequate security and protection against harmful software. ■ Browse the Web To open a Web page, tap the address field at the bottom of the screen, and enter the address with the on-screen keyboard. You can also paste an address that you have cut or copied from another application. Tap . If you saved a bookmark of a Web page that you want to visit, tap , and select the desired bookmark.
