Select one of the following note types: Meeting, Call, Birthday, Memo, Reminder. Make a note and save it. For example, to save a note for a meeting with an alarm, do as follows: Key in the subject for the meeting, press Options and select Save. Key in the location, press Options and select Save. Key in the start time and press OK. Key in the end time and press OK. To set the alarm for the note, select With tone or Silent (no alarm tone) and set the alarm time.
