Personalising your phone 4. Personalising your phone Profiles (Menu 3) Within the Profiles menu, you can adjust and customise the phone tones for different events, environments and caller groups. Activating a user profile 1 Press once (in the standby mode) to access the list of profiles. 2 Roll with Navi Roller to the profile you want to activate and press Navi Roller. To access the list of profiles through the menu, press Menu, then roll to Profiles and press Navi Roller. Pressing General activates the default profile General. Tip: In the default settings of Silent, the phone is set not to ring at an incoming call. Personalising a user profile 1 Press Menu, then roll to Profiles and press Navi Roller (or press once in the standby mode). 2 Roll to one of the following profiles and press Options. General, Silent, Meeting, Outdoor, Pager, Car1, Headset2.
