■ Troubleshooting If you cannot connect the handsfree to the compatible phone, proceed as follows: • Make sure that the Bluetooth feature is activated on the compatible phone. • Make sure that the handsfree is properly installed, switched on, and paired with the compatible phone. Check also that there is power supplied by the car battery. • If you use several Bluetooth devices, make sure you ended the previous Bluetooth connection from the phone. • Ensure that the handsfree is within 10 meters of the phone and that there are no obstructions or electronic devices between the two. • The network capacity and parameters of your network operator may degrade the sound quality of phone calls.
