Overview of the iFit Sleep App After you open the iFit Sleep app on your device and log in, touch the menu icon (the three horizontal bars) near the upper-left corner of your screen to see the following options: BEFORE SLEEP When you are ready to sleep, select this screen and place your device near your bed. When the sensor under your mattress syncs with your device, a green circle and the words Sensor Connected will appear near the top of the screen. (When the sensor is not synced, a red circle and the words Sensor Disconnected will appear.) The timer in the center of the screen will then start. After you lie down on your bed, your heart rate and your respiratory rate will be displayed after a few minutes. If you wish to set an alarm, touch the alarm menu near the bottom of the screen, then touch the alarm clock icon near the upper-right corner of the screen, and then make the desired settings. You can also touch the journal icon near the upper-right corner of the BEFORE SLEEP screen and log information about your pre-sleep activities such as eating a large meal, consuming alcohol, or exercising. You can later review your journal entries to see how the activities affect your sleep. SLEEP SUMMARY After you wake up, select this screen to see a summary of your sleep session and your "sleep score," a general assessment of the quality of your sleep session. Scroll downward to see detailed information about your sleep session. GRAPH VIEW After you wake up, select this screen to view a graph of the REM, light, and deep sleep stages of your sleep session and the times that you were awake or out of bed. In addition, view graphs of your heart rate, respiratory rate, and movement during your sleep session. CALENDAR When you select this screen, you can touch any date for which there is a sleep score and/or a journal entry and review the information for that date. SETTINGS When you select this screen, you can view or update information in your personal profile. You can also see the pairing number of the sensor. 8
