HOW TO EXERCISE ON THE ELLIPTICAL To mount the elliptical, hold the handlebars (A) or the upper body arms (B) and step onto the pedal (C) that is in the lowest position. Then, step onto the other pedal. To dismount the elliptical, wait until the pedals (C) come to a complete stop. Note: The elliptical does not have a free wheel; the pedals will continue to move until the flywheel stops. When the pedals are stationary, step off the highest pedal first. Then, step off the lowest pedal. HOW TO LEVEL THE ELLIPTICAL B If the elliptical rocks slightly on your floor during use, turn one A or both of the dials (A) on the level- A ing feet until the rocking motion is eliminated. A C D Push the pedals (C) until they begin to move with a continuous motion. Note: The crank discs (D) can turn in either direction. It is recommended that you move the crank discs in the direction shown by the arrow; however, for variety, you can turn the crank discs in the opposite direction. HOW TO USE THE TABLET HOLDER IMPORTANT: The tablet holder is designed for use with most full-size tablets. Do not place any other electronic device or object in the tablet holder. To insert a tab- let into the tablet holder (A), set the bottom edge of the A tablet in the tray. Then, pull the clip over the top edge of the tablet. Make sure that the tablet is firmly secured in the tablet holder. Rotate the tablet holder to the desired angle. Reverse these actions to remove the tablet from the tablet holder. 15

HOW TO EXERCISE ON THE ELLIPTICAL

Push the pedals (C) until they begin to move with a
continuous motion.
Note: The crank discs (D) can
turn in either direction. It is recommended that you
move the crank discs in the direction shown by the
arrow; however, for variety, you can turn the crank
discs in the opposite direction.
