1. Make sure that the power cord is unplugged. 1 Attach a Wheel (81) to the Base (80) with a 3/8" x 2 1/2" Bolt (2) and a 3/8" Nut (3). Do not overtighten the Nut; the Wheel must turn freely. Attach the other Wheel (not shown) to the other side of the Base (80) in the same way. 80 2 2. Remove the ties securing the Upright Wire (70) to the Base (80). Pull the Upright Wire and the Base Ground Wire (92) through the indicated hole in the Base. Attach the Base Ground Wire (92) to the Base (80) with a #8 x 1/2" Ground Screw (1). Press a Base Cap (77) into each side of the Base (80). Press the Grommet (67) into the square hole in the Base. 2 Hole 77 67 92 1 80 70 3. Identify the Left Upright (75), which is either marked "Left" or "L." Have a second person hold 3 the Left Upright near the Base (80). See the inset drawing. Tie the wire tie in the Left Upright (75) securely around the end of the 75 Upright Wire (70).
