20. Never leave the treadmill unattended while it is running. Always remove the key, unplug the power cord, and switch the reset/off circuit breaker to the off position when the treadmill is not in use. (See the drawing on page 6 for the location of the circuit breaker.) 21. Do not attempt to raise, lower, or move the treadmill until it is properly assembled. (See ASSEMBLY on page 7, and HOW TO FOLD AND MOVE THE TREADMILL on page 27.) You must be able to safely lift 45 lbs. (20 kg) to raise, lower, or move the treadmill. 22. When folding or moving the treadmill, make sure that the storage latch is holding the frame securely in the storage position. 23. Never insert any object into any opening on the treadmill. 24. Inspect and properly tighten all parts of the treadmill regularly. DANGER: 25. Always unplug the power cord immediately after use, before cleaning the treadmill, and before performing the mainte- nance and adjustment procedures described in this manual. Never remove the motor hood un- less instructed to do so by an authorized ser- vice representative. Servicing other than the procedures in this manual should be performed by an authorized service representative only. 26. This treadmill is intended for in-home use only. Do not use this treadmill in a commercial, rental, or institutional setting. 27. To protect the treadmill and television during lightning storms, unplug the power cord from the wall outlet and disconnect the cable system. This will prevent damage due to lightning and power line surges. 28. If an outside antenna or cable system is connected, be sure that the antenna or cable system is grounded to provide some protection against voltage surges and built-up static charges. Section 810 of the National Electrical Code, ANSI/NFPA No. 70-1984, provides information with respect to proper grounding of the mast and supporting structure, grounding of the lead-in wire to an antenna discharge unit, size of grounding conductors, location of antenna discharge unit, connection to grounding electrodes, and requirements for the grounding electrode. 29. An outside antenna system should not be located in the vicinity of overhead power lines or other electric light or power circuits, or where it can fall into such power lines or circuits. When installing an outside antenna system, extreme care should be taken to keep from touching such power lines or circuits, as contact with them might be fatal. 30. To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not remove the cover or the back of the television. There are no user serviceable parts inside. Refer servicing to qualified service personnel. 4
