Import/export, database and web service settings can be changed when logged in to the server computer as an administrator. User Accounts The functions that can be used differ depending on user authority. For information on creating and changing user accounts, see "User Registration" (P. 130). Authority Administrator Description This account is used by the information system manager in charge of setting up sPSV and changing settings.
